Right of Withdrawal and Return for Transportation Damage

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without specifying a reason.

Return for Transportation Damage:

In the event that the product arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact us immediately and send written notice (e.g., letter, e-mail) to our Customer Service Department, enclosing photos and video clearly documenting the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Right of withdrawal: The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories and accompanying documents.
  • Return for shipping damage: Damaged product should be kept in its original packaging, if possible. Photos and videos should clearly show the damage to the product and packaging.

Time and method of reimbursement:

  • Right of withdrawal: Upon receipt and verification of the return, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
  • Return for shipping damage: Once the damage is verified, we will replace the damaged product or refund the full amount paid within 7 business days.

Important notes:

  • For added protection in case of damage in transit, you can add insurance to your order. The cost varies depending on package size, weight, product value and destination.

The insurance covers:

  • Physical damage: Breakage, dents, scratches or other material damage to the contents of the package.
  • Loss: If the package is lost in transit and not found.
  • Theft: In case of theft of the package or its contents.

To activate this service, Contact us before shipping to request insurance for your package. We will provide you with all the necessary information.

  • Handling time: Returns and refunds are usually completed within 5 working days excluding holidays.
  • Storage of Goods: Please keep the damaged product and original packaging until the case is resolved, as they may be required by the courier or insurance company.
  • Timeliness: We recommend that you report any damage within 24 hours of package delivery.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Customized products according to customer’s request.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or sanitary reasons once opened.
  • Sealed computer software, once opened.
